The Admin is the program for the creation and maintenance of work, operating, training or testing instructions. By connecting a digital camera, it is proven that time savings of up to 50% can be achieved, compared to conventional word processing programs. The switching conditions for connected sensors are also configured via the basic module. Included functions are the possible connection of a system camera via USB for quick direct access to the photos, the possibility of connecting standard compact cameras (removable data carriers via USB), inserting screenshots, loading images from a directory, integrated image editor for efficient post-processing of the photos, version management of work instructions with history, creation of the instructions in a clear tree structure, integrated text assistant for standardized expressions, user recognition for creation and approval of work instructions for variants, creation and management of articles, creation of templates for standardized work steps, assignment of target times, configurable direct printout of Instructions on paper or output as PDF, manual parts list import in CSV file format, material allocation from the parts list for the respective work step.
The programm can be upgraded with the following functions: [backend] All software modules and their functional extensions require the basic module [backend], consisting of a MySQL database, web server and FTP server. All clients or hardware components for worker guidance access the common database. All recorded process data are stored here. All created work or test instructions are stored here and can be called up from any workstation via a client.
[branch] Work instructions created in the [admin] are loaded in the [branch] module, where the conditions are defined, when which work instructions flow into the individual overall work instructions. This is implemented by using a device configuration code or a parts list. Furthermore, it can be defined at which work station the respective partial instruction is to be produced.
[erp] The interface module [erp] connects the basic module [backend] with the existing IT structure of the company. Master data is exchanged between the ERP and Computer Aided Works via CSV files. The connection usually requires company-specific parameterization of the interface.
[webreport] A web-based report of the worker-guidance-system (output / CSV export of the collected data via web interface). An evaluation can include following key figures: • personal code • period • article family • order numbers • articles • workplace • work instructions
[joborder] With the help of [joborder] complete orders can be dealt with and managed. This means that batch numbers (e.g. bulk goods), recorded during assembly, can also be assigned to the current order, which enables order-related traceability in the [webreport]. This requires an adaptation to the existing order structure and order processing within the company, which is parameterized by this module.
